How I Started: Growing up as a child my parents disciplined me with chores to do around the house ad assisst them when they needed it. In school i was always active during phys ed and play a few sports. When i became a teenager i began to do fairly heavy lifting while helping out relatives with house work such as moving furniture and home renovations; also i assisted my uncles with their trucks at times which was no easy task. In those years i always wanted to have the strength and physique of a superhero but i just didnt know when i would begin. When i was 16 i looked at myself in the mirror one day and said "you have a foundation now u need to take on the long and agonizing journey of fighting to fix it the way u want it" and so began the war! My friends had gym experience so i turned to them for assisstance and they did wat they could and really motivated me to go the distance and to this day the war continues.
Why I Love It: i love this sport because it is based on a passion and desire that you need to fulfill by using a lump of clay and sculping it the way u want it. In this sport perfection is near impossible and that is wat drives me to strive as far as possible towards it. The fight is not only for the mighty but for those who can endure it
How I Stay Motivated: A desire of need for success and a desire to be the absolute best u can possibly be and a dream that one day u will make something of ur hard work.I stay strong even when am down because a real champ is one who gets up when he cannot.
BB Accomplishments: I have not competed but when the time is right i'll know when the blackout is ready to set foot on stage! Other than that desire i have gained approximately 50 pounds of muscle since i began my quest.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I have no other focus than to be the absolute BEST that i can possibly be; althought a competitve sport against others my biggest rival is myself.
Goal (Long): As a child i always idolized muscles and spuerheroes especially Hulk! I loved to watch wrestling and try the moves out at school...lol. My short term goal is to gain all the muscle and symmetry that is possible to looked ripped and big at a weight of 175 @ 8% bf by the beggining of the summer 08. My long term goal is be the absolute best that i can possibly be. Now i don't know exactly what that means but if it means to be the next Ronnie Coleman so be it; or if it means to be the next amateur failure so be it I simply have no other goal nor focus than to be the absolute best person and bodybuilder that i can possibly be. My goal is to keep on training as if there were no tomorrow and i'll simply see where that takes me in the world of bodybuilding. I'am hooked on this it is my addiction and there is no need to go into rehab. There is no room for weakness in my heart
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 90 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 4%
