Movign forward is something I always try to do. My progress has been great in my opinion and I have reached a place where I think i feel comfortabel enough training others sooooooooooooooooooooo...
Today I will order a Personal Trainer course. I have it narrowed doesn to ISSA, NASM or ACE....
My current Routine is as follows... the First exercise listed I do 2x15 warmup sets. After the warmup sets I move ot a pyramid scheme startign at 10 reps workign down in intervals of 2 until I am at 2 reps. I increase weight each drop.
*I finish up with a light weight, high rep, full ROM...

Earl, I sense an incredibly strong, 'no quit' Will in you. I'm keeping an eye on you, and I expect you to achieve those goals you set for yourself. And I'm saying a prayer, that life doesn't throw any more obstacles into your path that prevent you from achieving them. Keep pushin' bro, avoid injuries, and get that conditioning back, you desire. Sad to say, another sled maxed out :( At my old school 24hr fit. That sled held 20 plates. This gym just opended 5 months ago and it holds 24. But it is a nice amount for me, lol. Not like I'm going to be doing 30 anytime soon, lol. Plus, what a pain to put a way, lol. :(
