How I Started:
I started real training when I was 11 on a team that won the little league world series. A couple years later I started lifting and have been hooked on it ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love learning new exercises and techniques, then trying them out for myself to see if they give me gains! I am definitely a student of the body.

Great bicep peak, and good cuts on those abs man, keep up the good work. Im thinking of starting the mass building program u used last year. strength/hypertrophy, looks like it worked really well for you, so i wouldnt mind giving it a go, got any advice for building lots of mass.....apart from eating Alot haha.
