How I Started:
I started real training when I was 11 on a team that won the little league world series. A couple years later I started lifting and have been hooked on it ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love learning new exercises and techniques, then trying them out for myself to see if they give me gains! I am definitely a student of the body.

I worked out with WNBF Pro Rich Lauro on Friday. The reason was that I was trying to get a handle on his dieting strategies and mindsets to see if they matched mine for contest prep. They did. While we were talking, I decided he will be the one to help me with my prep, and we also picked...
omg, I think I did 2 sets of 8? It was really bad, I was blushing like mad, and I'm not really THAT strong so my trainer had to lift me up and still kept his hands on me as I lowered down....I think it made some of the tough guys jealous. ;)
lol, I'm really trying to overcome my shyness. Today for example at the gym, my trainer wanted my to do some chin ups so we had to go into the tough guy's section where all the heavy weights and poles are and there were a couple of men working out...As we walked in my trainer was like 'you say you're tough so show me how tough you are' and I whispered...'....not in front of the boooooyyysss!'
Next year!! i just did a mini bulk after my competition, just ate a little above maintenance and repaired my metabolism...now im cutting a little for summer, still lifting heavy. come fall/winter it's full-on building time to come in leaner next year!
Not sure whether to stick with bikini/fitness model or venture on to figure, it all depends on how my physique turns out!
