creatine's one of my foundational supps. take it both before and after your workouts to maximize results. i've been working out for about 6 years. at first it was about weight loss (i tipped the scales @ 280). now it's about building mass and def--i'm @ 188. dedication and discipline are key,but you seem to know that already man. keep hitting it hard, brother.

hey man--i'm rocking it. i've been hitting my stride with both the lifting & cardio. starting to shred some bf and get some much needed definition. how about you? how goes the battle with the iron?
