Parents started getting me to go to the gym cause i was a little guy lol
Why I Love It:
If i don't work out now i get a short fuse and testy very easily. i love the feel and it relaxes me.. besides there isn't anything else to do in this town lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Because of the reason above that a stated as well as because i enjoy the results that i get and i can see the progress i'm making.. and i'm proud of my hours of dedication of self improvement and don't mind showing it off..
also the attention i get in the gym

one that changes.. but i just started a new one soo we'll see.

Dip, Skull Crushers, with a swap of rope ext. or reverse ext.

calf raises with an inside and outside after the last set
