Saw a friend at the gym, didnt really know what I was doing. Began training with him everyday at 6am for 8 solid months. Couple of years later I moved into a house with a few guys that were competing at the time. I trained with them and they prepped me for my first show.
Why I Love It:
I love the "high" you get from accomplishing a heavy lift or a strenuous workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by attending all of the local NPC shows and meeting as many pros as I can.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in 2005 and took 4th in middleweight novice.

Ok, since I know you work out at golds and would not be able to meet up for a workout, would you be able to get together sometime to discuss things I could change to improve my progress?
The reason I am signed up at bally's is that my brother is also there and we have committed to a three year contract. I am definitely interested in hearing any tips that you might have for me.
