Well there was plenty of reasons for me to start working out. I always would look at TV shows and see people with 6 packs and always wanting that. In the 5th grade this girl I always used to pick on said I had no muscle at all so I went home and flexed and I found out I really didn't. That's pretty much when I really started.
Why I Love It:
i love everything about it. I love going rep for rep, set for set, I love making it hurt, I love dieting, and supplementing, I love the attention, I love the girls, I love being short yet stronger than the "bigger" guys.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music helps, girl problems are the best though. If I start thinking about an ex GF and how she did me wrong or something I swear I can add another 20 lbs to my workout.
My goal right now is just to gain muscle so i can get bigger for football and for my bodybuilding competitions.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is just like any other 15 year old into bodybuilding, to win the Mr. Olympia, but for now I'll settle with winning my next competition. I'd like to gain around 15-20 lbs of solid muscle this year without using steroids.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
