I've tried a lot of routines during the last six years. The secret is to listen to your body and don't be afraid to try new things. Honestly, that handicaps so many people in my opinion. If I was afraid six years ago, I would never be the MAN I am today ;)

Right now i have a lot of down time due to a medical condition and i would love to dedicate myself to this. I am aware it takes a lot of effort but all good things do as well. Im just trying ti figure out an idea of limitations that a person with mild cp like yourself and myself would have.
I was just curious about your weight lifting stats... can you toss some at me? im interested to know. my able bodied weight lifting friend doesnt even look nearly as good and hes been going at it for 6 years! Its such a breath of fresh air to see someone like me doing what i dream of doing.
I know! I couldn't do the show this year. Got married two weeks before, finished my doctorate two days after the show. Also, in between I had to find a job that was the right fit for me. I will be competing in 2010 again. I need time to finally grow now that I am done with the aforementioned. You look good. Btw, I was at the show at night.
