hey man not bad. i took the week off cause my training partner went on vacation so i recuperated a little and am gonna hit it hard straight till prep next year for the hercules. Gonna be my first open class so we'll see how that goes haha. hows training by you?

sounds good dude. we should get together one sunday and do legs considering thats what killed james haha. i just wrote up a new workout should be horrifying haha but yeah man lemme know when you wanna get down, look me up on facebook we'll all iron it out. ill tell my trainer to come too make our own photoshoot out of it, some off season prep type stuff for next year

sick man yeah he was tellin me all about it. i did the shoot last year, that gym is sickkkk. plus they got the johnny rockets up the road so i did not hesitate hittin that up haha. you and your boy james killed it on saturday. you both got robbed but that'll happen. if you guys are ever in suffolk county should come around the way we'll all get down at my gym

nah i was gonna but i didnt realize id only have 11 weeks of prep and all i been doing the last 3 weeks is eating and drinking haha. going into the open i gotta look serious so me and the tall guy who was wearing the sci unison shirt are gonna do herc next year without doubt and our 2 guys we had in this show were gonna throw in the naturalmania

sadly i will not be competing at the hercules as my finances didnt work out as planned. but i got 2 guys going in so i will be in attendance prepping them, so be sure to say hi! and ill be competing at naturalmania in the open class so ill prob be dieting around the time hercules is here

dan you looked absolutely incredible at the show buddy. Congrats on the win, and I assue you you never have to worry about me tryin to go heavyweight as I ain't dumb enough to attempt to try to take on a person of your caliber haha. Hope i see ya at worlds one day buddy, keep training tough!
