I want to get down to at least 250lbs. I want to lose fat and get swole. Simple as that. I don't want to look like some OD HGH bodybuilder, but more like a Ray Lewis or Michael Strahan body.
Goal (Long):
I currently weigh 334lbs, and I want to get down to at least 250lbs.
Right now I'm still holding my same weight as last mnth,had been slacking on the diet...getting back on the program now and eating alot of fish and chicken(baked or grilled)eggs,special k,oatmeal,and yogurt this is a few things I eat on the regular,I'm working out 4 days a week on weights and I do cardio each workout with 3 days of walking with a weighted vest.
Good to hear you making some good progress,I've been hitting it hard also..250 is the same goal I'm shooting for myself but for now it's just let's get below 300 and work from there(sitting at 310 down from 375)
