skull crushers (4 x 12-24 reps)
tri pressdowns, cable (4 x 12-24 reps)
behind the head presses, dumbell (4 x 8-16 reps)
The number of reps may not seem typical. I learned very quickly that certain parts of my body respond tremendously to high reps, especially my quads, triceps and back.
Cardio is performed several times per week; I wake up and eat meal #1 (food plan is listed below in 'healthy foods' section), waited a bit and then hit the gym for a session. Typically 30 minutes nonstop on the ellipse. I never used HITT. Sometimes I'll be able to do a 2nd session of 30 minutes after my workout, which comes after meal #4. Cardio is never done on leg day.

Posted in General : Feb 22, 2011 11:57amA memory flooded my mind today:
I was attending college in Cheney, WA...doing my regular workout between classes. After a set, I heard this voice behind me say, "hey, can you lift me up so I can do some pullups?" A little confused, I turned around -- it was a young man in a wheelchair. I remember getting behind him and lifting him up out of the chair so he could grab the bar. Of course, conversation ensued afterwards. This guy was only 22 years old. A few weeks earlier, he had gotten in a car accident and was para

Posted in General : Feb 22, 2011 10:07amlisten to my story thus far:
It has been made painfully clear that the uneducated portion of the population actually believe I do steroids.
