What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I am not there to drink tea with my pinky out, I am there to do a workout. I try to focus on my own workouts instead of others.

Carbs moderate. I vary depending on my activity, workouts, and current goals. Right now I do 125g some days and 350g on other days.
Protein try to keep it steady at 200-300g a day

I thought it was amazing, it gave me really good pumps at the gym, my arms would feel like they're about to explode lol. The only thing I didn't like about it was the taste I hate lemonade and the fake lemonade taste was bad but I take supps for what they do not how they taste so it wasn't a problem to down it. I did try a sample of Shock Therapy a while back and it gave me even BETTER pumps and the taste was also really also, so thats what I'll be buying in my next order. Hope that helped
