When I Started: Dec, 2003
How I Started: Looking at the TV on a lazy monday night I found this wrestling show: Monday night raw which I had never looked at or even cared before. And there was these wrestlers: Triple H and Batista who I tought looked huge and ripped. I tought they looked great and I just wanted to be like these guys. That was it, I was hooked for life.
Why I Love It: I like the discipline of it: Go to the gym, get a good workout and then focus on getting good nutrition in for the rest of the day. It helps me focus on the goals I set to myself in life.
How I Stay Motivated: I just see good results as I went from 135 to 185 in three years and a half of training with the same bodyfat.
BB Accomplishments: From april to november 2006, i stopped training because of things that happened in my life. During that time, I dropped from 180 to 170 and I was becoming lazy again. In november 2006, I changed some things and I went back to training like a was before, going from 170 to 195 in 3 months of training. This is when I said to myself that I will never stop training ever again.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I am now 175 lbs with about 12% bodyfat. I want to keep my bodyfat under 12% and gain 8-10 pounds of lean muscle for april 2008.
Goal (Long): My long term goal is to be 200 pounds and about 8% bodyfat in 3 years ( when I finish my bachelor degree)
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb

cetait sur le combat sans armes... il y en a pas dans la reserve, en partie c ca qui rend les pp1 regul plus dure. javais un excellent staff mais jetais pus capable de trainer le kit(~80lbs). la jsuis capable de mentrainer mais mon deadlift fait pitier en criss. jfait mes serie a 220 lbs... dire que mon ptit frere de 17 ans mets 2 plaque de 45 de plus chaque bord que moi lol

Ta shape est incroyable, domage que tu sois si petit. Ton partenaire d'entrainement doit vraiment t'aider à repousser tes limites.
