"I would like to lose 80 lbs. of fat, and put on about 20 lbs. of muscle. I would also like to bring my time in the 40 from a 5.0 to about a 4.7. I just want to progress towards a healthier, more fit lifestyle."

When I Started:
Dec, 2008
How I Started:
During high school I played a lot of physical sports (football, lacrosse, wrestling), so I started to lift to gain strength and to get into better physical condition. Just recently, however, have I become serious about proper diet and exercise. And hope to make much progress, and learn all the different aspects.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a great sense of achievement, and makes me feel good about myself. Plus I love the way I feel after finishing a good work out. I love to push myself to the limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping myself in a positive environment with others who share this growing passion of mine. My younger brother just started his first year of football and I would like to be a positive influence and be able to help him out in any way possible.
BB Accomplishments:
Sadly I have made no major changes, yet again I have just started. I've added a considerable amount to my arms and chest, but would like to keep pushing further.

I would like to lose 80 lbs. of fat, and put on about 20 lbs. of muscle. I would also like to bring my time in the 40 from a 5.0 to about a 4.7. I just want to progress towards a healthier, more fit lifestyle.
Goal (Long):
Overall I'm working towards living a healthier lifestyle. And to be able to share that with others, especially my family. All my life I have been a bit on the "bigger" side, and I finally want to do something to change that. When I have reached my overall goal I would like to be in the range of 215-220 lbs. with a body fat percentage of about 8%. I would also like to put up 360 lbs. on the bench press, 425-450lb. squat, and a 500 lbs. deadlift. I know with extreme dedication, and tips I may pick up from some of you, I could reach these goals in a very short amount of time.
Why I like this video: Johnnie Jackson, Ronnie Coleman, and Scott Milne were the first bodybuilders I became familiar with. In my opinion Johnnie Jackson and Ronnie Coleman are amazing, not only do they have the physique of a bodybuilder, but the strength of a power lifter. Enjoy!

Well, it has been awhile since my last update, so here is what's been happening since my last post. For the past month or so I have showed no regards to my health whatsoever. A large part of this is due to the simple fact that I've lost all motivation. Since I was doing so well I thought it...
Its been good, but i have had a lot of injuries so i cant do jiujitsu for a while. My elbows are better but my c2(neck)and shoulder are really bad. I ate and drank so much in december so i am really working out and eating better.
training has been going pretty good actually. Finally found a friend that goes to the same gym as me, so it helps to have someone there pushing me to do better and harder. What about you?
