How I Started:
I always wanted to add some strength and size to my frame and I stumbled across a very efficient workout to add lean mass and so, here I am. Bulking and strength continues to increase but I cant seem to shake the belly.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in shape and I love the feeling of being pumped. If I dont lift I get depressed.
How I Stay Motivated:
With a squeeze of the belly, ha. Its actually quite an addiction for me. But it also helps to have a good gym partner

Pictures are up.. Only noticeable improvement on this end is more definition in my upper back. Hope to see some more improvements in the coming weeks.
