After 12 months off from Intermittent Fasting (I started Intermittent Fasting for about one week last year, 2012, march) I decided to give it a try AGAIN this year in 2013.Started IF (intermittent fasting) exactly 4 weeks ago. For the last 12-14 months, I was used to have a big breakfast at 7:30 AM, and eating every 3 hours.
