PR's are still in making. 6-8 reps for another 4 weeks for sure. Than I mix it up with 15 reps and supersets... would be funny!

Background
I always don't wanted to look like average guys, who were drunk every weekend, skipped their meals, living on junkfoods every day and had skinny legs and bones.. So I decided to start lifting weights to bring up my shape. After a few years of training and struggling with myself and my nutrition I became more serious to bodybuilding and started reading books, magazines and surfing on the internet to bring up my knowledge about bodybulding programms, nutrition and other important things (like motivation, mind switching, dedication) and it became a lifestyle... it wasn't just a sport any longer for me.
Every day, I'm looking foward to the workout that I'll have that day! Don't know what it is... but when I'm working out, I forget everything... It's a kind of virus... and controversy seems impossible.

A day off... I'm drained.
Posted in Working Out : Apr 03, 2012 12:17amDear Tuesday,
The last week actually I had some poor sleep. Yesterday morning, I trained legs very hard and set some PR's though. So that was great. In the afternoon I did a hard HIIT cardio session at home for 20 minutes, which set my legs on fire AGAIN.
This morning, I woke up. Felt a little bit tired... ate my breakfast (huge meal buddy) and I had planned to do Shoulders and Triceps today for day #1, week #1 with my new workout routine P/RR/S which I told you yetserday in my blog (2nd of april 2012).
I decided to listen to my body and skipp the work

Posted in Other : Mar 26, 2012 11:52pmHi bodybuilding.com,
For the last few weeks (actually months) I felt really really tire troughout the day. I don't know were it come from, but I'm so tired. My legs can't walk, my feet feels heavy and my entire body screw to me: stop walking, stop working, stop cycling or whatever. My body need rest, down in a chair for the most hours of the day.
My mind tells me that failure is not an option... so I keep doing, but it's really hard to listen to the mind when the body won't...
I'm sure... I have to check my blood (tested) next week by the doctor.
