Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

In 2003 when I was 28 years old, I started jogging because I was out of shape as the Thais call "Boombooy" :) which means fat especially in the middle section, well I didn’t like how it was like and how my body looks, but I thought back then that only jogging would do the trick, well it did, but didn’t make the body I want, I continued jogging and eating crabs, junks all the time, until 2009 where I was searching the net and came across Bodybuilding.com, and it clicked since then, as off I saw light and understood what should be done, that I should weight lifting to balance a healthy life style, so far I still didn’t understand that I have to diet in order to perfect my physique, not so long until I figure it out all together through reading in Bodybuilding, and since then I'm on the right track, eating healthy, Jogging, Bodybuilding, and doing my the light of life, Yoga.

WHY I LOVE IT:
