Goal (Long):
This year I want to get to 110 kg, and be not too far off 3 sets of 15 wide grip pull ups, as Arnie says you haven't even started till you can do 50 quality wide-grip pull ups in 3 sets
Oh by the way I put up the 40kg dumbells on a decline bench at the end of my workout just to see how it would go and I smashed out 5 reps so I guess I'm still getting stronger even with this stupid head cold (which sucks balls)
yes mate I'll get one sorted for you, in the mean time I would suggest 2 weeks off to let your body recover as I think your in a state of over training.
dude I think your doing way too many sets, drop that back and increase the weight. I'm going for the 40kgs dumbells on decline press within the next two chest workouts.
"as Arnie says you haven't even started till you can do 50 quality wide-grip pull ups in 3 sets" where did you read this? I'm gonna try and get to the point where I can smash out sets of one handed pull ups and not the cheating sort where you hold onto your wrist either.
Hey thanks alot for the comments and I have found a calf workout that seems to be working for me now. Finally seeing some good growth. I'll put it in a message because i think theres a max on words in these. Let me know how it goes if you try it out.
dude that puts you at nearly 220lbs thats a huge jump, whats your body fat like? The Boxing and Muay Thai are going well but my legs are getting pretty bruised up. it's all good though
