Was into sports in High School, the Athletic Director Hired a Bodybuilder to help strength train the High School teams. I was hooked from the moment we started.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy and hopefully will allow me to live long and have more fun than ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
After Joining the Navy I slacked off for about 4 years and I almost failed a PT test. I told myself after that I was no longer going succumb to laziness that is cast upon the Navy, and start staying fit and show all who I come in contact with thier preception is wrong
BB Accomplishments:
500 yds swim - under 9:00
Pushups - 100 in 2:00
Situps - 100 in 2:00
Pullups - 20+
1.5 mile run - under 9:00 in boots and pants

Goal (Long):

Hi Ty, good to hear from you! Well I slacked off my training and nutrition the last few months and gained some weight back. So now I'm getting back on track. My Husband and I bought a Bowflex and in the processing of putting it together. So many parts! It's gonna take some time. Anyway, I've been doing well and started eating healthy again, lost 6lbs in the last 4 days, which is great. Nice way to start. So how are you? Did you move yet? How's your training? TTYL ~Jesse
