Last year during summer while i was chating with my friend on msn...we wanted to see who was the strongest of us...so we did like a "competition" live. In 5 sets ive done around 110 push-ups...and my friend has done around 170...so then we said like lets workout every day, to be stronger and be ripped

Goal (Long):
I am 15 years old and i weight only 65 kgs (140 lbs) I am really skinny...but still i have a bit of muscle...my goal is to increase my mass to 75 kgs and stay ripped :)
Still with the lean tightly muscled and ripped upper body. Slight weight loss in the Fall, probably a cold like everyone here but do need to pack on those extra KGs and build up the arms and shoulders especially for your sport.Need the strong arms and shoulders especially along the boards to hand out BUT ALSO to take the punishment. well, i'm burning fat and gaining muscle, so it's going well for me. also, i'm finally getting the handle on bench pressing, so those numbers outta go up soon
