One day my brother asks me do I want to go the gym and I told him yes and I like it. He told me it will help get stronger and bigger. I then hook since then now

because I feel better after I get done working out and I like the result of building muscle mass

I just have a goal setting how I want to look and strong I want to be. That motivates me. Ipod show help to.

Cool. I wil keep it at 185 then. Do you think 240 grams of carbs and 70 grams of fat are good, or shoud I do more carbs and less fat (or does that not really matter once protein and calorie requirements are met?)?

the training is coming alone well so far, I really need to increase my endurance when trying going heavy. My goal is to get to 215 lbs one day and have guns about the size of yours!! lol
