When I Started: Jan 2001
HOW I STARTED:

One day my brother asks me do I want to go the gym and I told him yes and I like it. He told me it will help get stronger and bigger. I then hook since then now

WHY I LOVE IT:

because I feel better after I get done working out and I like the result of building muscle mass

Fit Status

Well I fit status show change a lot because now I have a son name Myles and It very hard to get a workouts in.  So what I do is wind I get off from work in the morning after working 12 hours (night shift) I go to the gym that's the only time wind I have a chance to go because using I watch my son on my days off from why my wife going to work.  What I talking about is I still make time to go to the gym still even now I have a child.  Most people say they don't have time to go to the gym because of there children.  So everybody who say they don't have anytime you got to make...

Feeling sick

Man the last few days I been struggle with a severe cold on top of it I work in the hospital full of sick people, so I having a tough time try to workout like today I wasn't in the mood.  Right now feel like I losing some muscle mass because of this cold and also not eating that much like I usually.  I am trying to recover from it like yesterday I call in because I couldn't stop coughing and I didn't want to make the patients no more sicker.  So any comments

Day 3 on my new supplement. Well today I workout four muscles with new creatine supplement that called Super Creatine High Performance made from Body Fortress. That really help a lot with my workout specially doing legs, back, triceps, and abs.
