One day my brother asks me do I want to go the gym and I told him yes and I like it. He told me it will help get stronger and bigger. I then hook since then now
Why I Love It:
because I feel better after I get done working out and I like the result of building muscle mass

I just have a goal setting how I want to look and strong I want to be. That motivates me. Ipod show help to.

Man the last few days I been struggle with a severe cold on top of it I work in the hospital full of sick people, so I having a tough time try to workout like today I wasn't in the mood. Right now feel like I losing some muscle mass because of this cold and also not eating that much like...

Hey man. Unfortunately since I'm studying for the MCAT, which is coming up soon, I've at best been getting one workout per week. But I try to make up for it by making workouts intense and prolonged. How about you?
