How I Started:
Since, the birth of my son I have gained a serious interest in health and nutrition. I have slowly been getting in to it. Now days I'm real aggressive and I plan to become a professional body builder and own my own gym one day.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, it makes me feel good about my self, and it gives me energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest motivation I have, is my son. He is my inspiration to succeed in life.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Plenty of equipment to choose from, don't no any cons yet.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Just concentrate on the task of your work out, and don't get distracted by all the hot ladies.
