What The Riz Is Up To:
Apr 9, 2009
The Rizchanged Weight from 179 lbs. to 180 lbs., a 1 lb. gain in 5 days
My main goal is to be happy with what I see in the mirror. For that to happen I think I need to be around 175 lbs. with definition. My weakness is diet, and that hinders my gains. The next goal is to get my diet under control. I also have a 2 year old daughter, and don't want to not be able to keep up with her!!
Hey Joe - training is going really well. Sore as hell after an arm workout this morning. Gonna plug in a new workout in the coming week: FST-7. Kind of a combo of heavy sets with 7 sets of pumping movements that should be pretty cool. Pics at months end ... we'll see how it goes. Continue to be relentless Joe.
One of the advantages of being lean and well-proportioned! They look especially large in your profile picture along with your chest and shoulders for what my observation is worth. Keep up the good work though, and you'll be over 17" yet this year I'll bet.
