How I Started: I've been thin, and had a hard time gaining weight my whole life. I've been working out off and on since high school, but had trouble staying consistent. Now I found my zone, and have been gong for 24 months now. At 31 I'm in my best shape, and I look forward to getting to my goal wieght.
Why I Love It: It's a continuous and never ending challenge that rewards hard work before your very eyes.
How I Stay Motivated: Getting compliments, seeing results, and working toward targeted goals.
BB Accomplishments: Hit the 300lb. mark on my decline press. Want to decline 315 by my 31st. b-day 2-7-07 ACHIEVED!!! 2-8-08

Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): Train, Eat, Sleep, Grow...
Goal (Long): My main goal is to be happy with what I see in the mirror. For that to happen I think I need to be around 175 lbs. with definition. My weakness is diet, and that hinders my gains. The next goal is to get my diet under control. I also have a 2 year old daughter, and don't want to not be able to keep up with her!!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 13 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

I work out at home. Don't mind grunting. I like to see people working hard and with passion. It fuels me to go harder

Reverse pyramid workout for the next 12 weeks.

Start with heavy weight. Drop weight and increase reps.
I'm doing 5 sets per exercise 6-10 reps

I will change exercises every three weeks
