I think this pick is decent trying to stretch body not turned enough forward to see length of chest. Wish wife could see and give better direction hopefully with time she will. Want her to be part, so I'll deal and help her help me which is helping us :-)

I need to work on posing, my wife taking pictures is no help, I need a mirror to see myself she gives no direction just pose and pray as she snaps away. I can see what I need though

This is the last pic from this 6 week time period, I will post new pics in 6 weeks during that time period I will have tweaked my meal plan a bit, and incorporated more isolation moves in attempt to better sculpt my body. Although I don't want to lose weight it is my belief that in order to have more definition and drop body fat I have no choice. I am working to get to 5-6% body-fat and gaining muscle mass my weight today is 216 @ 10% body-fat. Ultimate goal lose fat add muscle.

I am adding a nitrous, upping the protein intake during the day via fish and chicken/turkey and adding Casein and ZMA just before bed

I have been taking 210 grams of protein a day, but have decided to keep all other aspects of my diet as they are and up the protein intake to 300 via meals an shakes.
