How I Started:
I don't know - I just wanted to be different from the pack.
Why I Love It:
I really can't describe it. I just enjoy that suffering - if I'm running sprints on the treadmill and it's my last lap and I'm exhausted - I still got a smile on my face. Same thing with lifting - my last set squatting, my legs are shot, but I got this crooked smile on my face. Maybe I like the suffering. I also like seeing the results with my body. The way I see it it's incredible that I have this ability to influence my own biology for the positive.

Hey, I read on one of your post's that you got the chakra program free from the web, could you help me out? I have been looking for it for weeks, seriously
hey whatsup man, i first dropped from 220-200 with the atkins diet and very little excercise, then i couldnt get down past 200 no matter what I did. So i just stuck to a healthy diet of whole grains/healthy fats, started running and doing brazillian jiu jitsu and within months got down to 175LBs with about 10-12%BF. Then i wanted to get extremely cut to about 8%BF and so I starting doing HIIT, and eating very low fat moderate carb and high protien. Which worked really well for me.
Hey, thanks. Sure, no problem. My height is barely over 6'.
In the pic I'm roughly 174 lbs. BF% in that pic I'm not sure, this was taken my third day of bulking, but I'd guess I was at around 5-6%
