Reason: I don't sleep well, plus I work super long hours (12-18hrs), so I drag ass all day. I'm hoping it gives me an energy boost in addition to helping me regulate my metabolism (little sleep slows it down)

Reason: I've actually been taking it for a while... It's great for a morning meal replacement at 300cal, and it is the best-tasting protein out there in my opinion. It's not as good, nutritionally as some other powders out there, but the taste is worth it to me...
