Hey Alex! I just posted some pix which are my first effort since getting injured at the end of March of this year. Hopefully, I'm getting back into shape somewhat. Any comment would be appreciated. Patrick

Hey there bro! My response is a little late, I know, but I've been inputting stats and such on my Bodyspace. I was going through some stuff, neglected my training severely and I ended up losing a lot of my size. I'm setting up again to get back into the game since I haven't trained in a few good months. Anyhow, how's training going for you? Still on a boxing regimen? I can help you out with anything you'd like me to! get back to me bro!

How's the boxing training going my friend? I took off about a month b/c I had to postpone my training due to a sudden physical occurrence develop and I halted my training to see if the situation would better but it seems to have worsened. I'm waiting to set up an appointment with my doctor to get a diagnosis and see I should be concerned and if so, how concerned I should be. Hope all is well man! Hit me up if anything

Alex, Thanks for the two new great comments! Was so excited when I check the mirror this a.m. The love handles at the rear obliques are just about gone. I couldn't believe how much the worst one had shrunk. The other is effectively gone already. Hallelujah!

Hey Alex! Thanks for the great comment and rating to my post of today! The pic doesn't show the definition. I posted one earlier and took it off because I looked so gaunt that the first comment said I look "unhealthy" due my bf being so low. LOL! Anyway, I thought this pic is starting to show my preponderance of lean body mass really well!

My problem has been the rear obliques. The pads of fat, however, are much much diminshed and separated since we returned from Japan. Is great to see something that is really working after years of trying!

Fat dropping off front of obliques rapidly. I've started eating more to stop the rapidity of the weight loss. Still keeping the banning of starchy carbs in afternoon and evening!

Hey Alex! Just posted a fifth pic (a Most Muscular) taken in Japan, which I had omitted!. My weight is plummeting since dropping starchy carbs afternoon and night. I like the look and the other gym devotees must also from the stares I was getting at Gold's last night. Ain't it great?

Thanks for the info man! I try to stay away from cardio because I tend to loose to much body mass. I'm going to get to the end of my bulk in 2 more month so I was thinking of really stepping it up a natch. I think 180 is a good stopping point for me idk though.

I am not going to argue with you and don't get me wrong you sound like a smart guy but YES!!! HGH, TEST, anabolic steroids and pharmaceutical grade diuretics are the only way that you can reach the potential of the greats like Dorian, Coleman, and Cutler. If you were able to reach that potential with out drugs then there would be no need for them. good luck with your goals and stay in those books, but you also cant believe every little thing you read.

hey big guy....how about you go read some more of your books. no offense to you but you really dont know what you are talking about. if a natural bodybuilder could win in a nontested event then why does it never happen??? i guess you are saying if i was to implement your advice with supplements that i will be able to get on stage with Jay Cutler. yeah he must take al the right vitamins and maybe he takes creatine to. hey there guy keep up the good work and maybe you will some day be where i am.

Hey Alex! Checked your progress pix! No question you're getting thicker and thicker in each of the four phases! The difference between last June and Christmas, 2005 is dramatic! Keep up the awesome work!
