The start of Offseason is almost here!!

I have decided that my next show will not be till 2011. I have accomplished my goal this year which was to turn Pro and even though I was anxious to compete as a Pro this year I believe that taking 6 months to add lean size will be more beneficial in the long run. I have many shows lined up for 2011 including 2 NGA Pro shows and 2 NPC National Qualifiers!! I will start on offseason log for those who are interested in following my progress and insights. Hey everyone it has been a bit since my last blog. Since finishing my first two shows this year things have been crazy hectic for me. I have alot of life changes going on and might even be moving across the country to California soon. After I won my Pro card back on June 5th I have been training 5-6 days a week, staying on a clean lean bulk diet, and working toward getting everything ready to start another contest diet. Overall Goal- To place in top 5 in my first Pro show this Nov. Trying to put on some lean mass for the next 8 weeks before I start another contest diet. Supplements: Anadaulic State GT(pre workout) Anadraulic Pump(15 min pre workout) Methyl 1D(6 caps a day) Natadrol(8 caps a day) Igh-1+Ghenerate(before workout and before bed) BC+EAA(5 scoops during cardio, 9 scoops post workout) Lipotropic Protein( used as 2 meals of day including PWO) fish oil(1800mg a day) Multi vitamin( ANAVITE) Today is the start of a new week. chgoodman thanks for the critique bro. there is a reason there is no pic of them legs lol. still trying to pull them up since knee surgery. they are coming but still far off from where they need to be.i have cut shoulders to once every two weeks like you suggested and only doing isolation movements. its for sure my dominant bodypart. how is everything coming for you and that pro card you will be taking this year.
