I lovvve working out. I didn't start working out regularly until after the birth of my daughter. Now i am starting to become more dedicated to my hobby.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i've done good for myself. its my stress reliever and makes me feel sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of fit women and quit wishing i looked like that and i get out and do something about it!
BB Accomplishments:
my 4-pac! (yay) i'm proud of it considering i've had a baby! i was huge when i was pregnant. and i've had to build up allll of my muscle from scratch. i could barely hold my 8.5 pound newborn daughter.

Lose the after baby weight and gain some healthy muscle! lean muscle
Goal (Long):
i need to lose some of the baby chub i put on during my pregnancy :-P now that i've stopped breast feeding it should be easier. i definitely need a better diet too!
