I lovvve working out. I didn't start working out regularly until after the birth of my daughter. Now i am starting to become more dedicated to my hobby.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i've done good for myself. its my stress reliever and makes me feel sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of fit women and quit wishing i looked like that and i get out and do something about it!
BB Accomplishments:
my 4-pac! (yay) i'm proud of it considering i've had a baby! i was huge when i was pregnant. and i've had to build up allll of my muscle from scratch. i could barely hold my 8.5 pound newborn daughter.

weight 107 5'1, with 24% body fat...
weight 109.5, at 19.5% body fat. lost 3 pounds fat, gained 5.5 pounds muscle in one month.(thats alot for a little girl like me!)
lose 5 pounds of fat while hopefully maintaining muscle i've gained.
Goal (Long):
I want to "wow" people. but most importantly i want to "wow" myself. I want to push myself to the limit and see how far i can go. See how much of a change i can do to my body.i'd like to put on more lean muscle. especially in my arms. my legs are pretty good. Its just my damn arms!
I start work soon at a corporate gym as the fitness trainer/manager and i'll be working with a lot with white collar folks. which is nice since they tend to be dedicated. and i'm working the early shift which is a plus. i'll have half a day left after work!
haha ya, my little dog is definitely a lady killer. He's a full grown 3lb maltese. He's always stealing my thunder in pictures since he follows me around everywhere lol

I've completed 1 marathon ~ 6 years ago in 4:19. I've been registered, but failed to complete this same marathon a number of other times. Falling short due to either training injuries, or lack of motivation. This year my training has been the best ever, and I'm shooting for a 3:50, which should put me ~ top 1/2 of my age group. Good luck reaching your goals.
