Workout Program:
M-Chest/Tris
T-Back/Biceps
W-Legs
T-S houlders/Calves
F-Light weights full body.
S-Off (rotates)
S-Off (rotates)

My rest day rotates in when the work schedule needs it to.

*at least* 30 minutes varying cardio activity (in and out of the gym) everyday.

Abs 3 to 4 times a week

I always do some bodyweight exercises a few times a day when I have free time. a few push ups. Some crunches. Something.
