training is going well. Starting my bulk next week- little nervous... Hate to see the definition fade... but gotta do it to cut next year! good luck in if you do that comp in Oct. Let me know how it turns out- I'm not going to compete until next summer so I got about 8 mths to train. :)

Well, I got up at 5:30 am and went to the gym and ran 8 miles on a treadmill and then tortured my abs with a medicine ball then tortured my glutes!
