Well i havent kept up my blogs so well. still training lots. Been running my loop 2x a week. Its a 12 k run, it was tough at first its getting easier everytime :) And i still workout x5 a week and swim whenever not as much in the summer. Changed it up today and went for a trail run and almost...

yeah, I think i am seeing some size and definition to my triceps due to all the push-ups I do. Other than that I think my abs have started to show some improvement.
