My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

I used Hell Raiser Trainer (HRT) to achieve the goals I wanted, and TRANSFORM

I did my bulk/cut  for the $100,000 Optimum Nutrition Transform contest with Animal HRT (Hellraiser Trainer). This program was made by RAGE and is amazing. I suggest training lighter negatives to anyone experienced in the gym who wants to see drastic gains! My life is now hellcentric. I am an Animal. For those who don't know, every set is 60%-80% of your 1RM, and you do 8 regular reptitions, followed by 6 (solo) or 4 (with a partner) hellcentric reptitions. That entails a half negative, half rep, full negative, and a full rep. I did around 5 weeks of training with a partner, and concluded with a solo routine.

Cutting program

2 large salads with chicken, and balsamic dressing. I split these salads into 2 meals each, so I eat 4 small meals. Whey protein 1 scoop (25g) at night, 1 pack of oatmeal before bed to maintain carbs and stop catabolisis

Supps!

Morning- arganine 1g, multi vitamin

Preworkout (also taken on off days)- Creatine 5g, Beta alanine (sometimes) 2g, Glutamine 5g, Arganine 3g

Postworkout- Whey 50g, Glutamine 5g, Creatine 5g

Bedtime- ZMA 3 capsuls, Melatonin as desired, Fish oil, Glucosamine

Motivation

My motivation is myself. I do this simply because I love it, and I want to be the best I can. My friends push me to be the best I can, and I surround myself with advocates and comrades for my cause. ELIMINATE NEGATIVE SELF TALK, REFRAME - STATEMENTS INTO + ONES. BREATH, USE VISUALIZAITONS. PRACTICE, TAKE ACTION, PRACTICE WHAT YOU WISH TO BECOME, HABITS ARE PATTERNS, START THEM TODAY!!!
