Yeah the diet is always the hardest. I'm just trying to get in the gym since I'm busy all the time. What part of Arizona you live in? I'm in phoenix.

If you want to bulk up eat as much as you can, no fast food, and keep cardio minimal.

Right now im doing ed coans program for bench and deadlift and my other days im doing mostly compound movements for shoulders and legs, Im training 4 days a week. To get your power clean up you have to improve your hamstring strength, if your deadlift goes up your power clean goes up.
