Goal (Long):
160lb by Year's End... weight is dropping slowly
Main Focus on Diet; strict diet with no exceptions. Shut your mouth more often.
2nd Focus: Cardio: HIIT, Running, and Cardio after weight workouts.
My weight training is always good. I am focusing on increasing sets & reps.
+ My HIIT capability has severly down-turned from my last cut. After 3 intervals I felt taxed. By the end of the cut last time, I did 10 intervals all at Level 15. Now 3 intervals is all I got at 15 then I had turn it down.

And kudos on the deadlifts brah! I've been hitting that pretty hard for me too...just did 315x5 this morning but I think I could have gotten about 7-8 reps if my damn grib would have been better. Oh well! Good hearing from you dude!
Bummer about your car brah, been there! Had a flat tire out of the blue the other day..sucks! Anyways, just keeping busy, my lifts have been going great lately. I actually just ran an Epi/Tren cycle and now just started PCT today...and hopefully cut up again. Gained about 12 lbs on that cycle...people have been commenting on how huge my arms look, which is pretty sweet. Anyways, i'm glad the cycle is over though...time to start dropping the lbs again...hopefully get down under 235 again.
Well I actually had a spot on diet all week and did 2 a days at the gym and lost 10 lbs for the week. I think I might have overdid it a little but I did pack on like 10 lbs over a few weeks time during the time which it felt like a lot of water so i think i lost a quite a bit of that which i was holding.
Dude I know i havent been posting that much lately, i've been in the gym but diet's been crappy the last 2 weeks...so i've gotta suck it up and get back to the basics again.
