Always was a chubby kid. Started lifting in my friends basement, been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I get naturally high from the rush of lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at others progress & seeing how much further I have left to go. Plus, looking at old fat pictures, and seeing where I don't want to go back to.
My family health history/genetics are terrible. I NEED to keep up with it all.

Tuesday: Legs #1
Wednesday: Lats & Traps
Thursday: Auxillary Day (Tri's, Calves, whatever I feel like basically); A Make Up Day if I am traveling
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Legs #2
Sunday: OFF- MakeUp Day if need be
Good to hear brotha, ya splitting up the legs definitely helps putting on that size, I noticed a huge difference after splitting up the muscle groups (hams/quads) on different days
actually no, i took it myself in the sauna(best lighting). I take all my own shots, i wish i had some professional ones haha. Hows your training been?

Damn, man you look great. I can't believe your progress, you have lost weight around your mid section and really put mass and size on your arms.. i want to be just like you.
Going okay here, but summer is when I dial it down a little cause I just can't eat as much as I can in the winter. Half my meals end up being shakes when it's hot out cause I can't stomach so much solid food. So I'm on what I call my "unintentional cut". It'll be nice to see some abs for a change tho. Works good so I can ramp it up and hit it hard come fall.
