Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Keeps me in check. Share your goals, people will ask about them, and it will make you have to either keep striving for them or admit you've quit.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Writing the workout in my book and talking to my workout partner about the task at hand. We tend to fire each other up pretty well.
Well, I'm new to this blog stuff. Basically, I'm just over 2 weeks out from my first contest. Everything is really starting to get to me at this point. The training, the food, and oh the exhaustion. I'm assuming it's the same for most of us. It's a battle everyday to make yourself keep pushing...
I compliment you on what I think is a world class physique. It took an incredible amount of drive and determination to build it and you should be proud. Your body is one that not many men are willing to pay the price required to develop. You’re an inspiration to so many others, especially me.
Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
You are proof that:
"If you will not settle for anything less than your best, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in your life."
