I was always the overweight kid. At one point I was up to almost 295 Lbs. I decided to make a change, and that change has turned into an obsession.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes in my body, the way training makes me feel, and the dedication involved with this sport/lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I came to the realization that not everyone can do this. My drive is that I can live this life when others fail.

First started training again. I was 268 pounds with a 41" waist. Way too much body fat. Time for a change.
End week 2 of current off-season program. 191.0Lbs.

Well, I'm new to this blog stuff. Basically, I'm just over 2 weeks out from my first contest. Everything is really starting to get to me at this point. The training, the food, and oh the exhaustion. I'm assuming it's the same for most of us. It's a battle everyday to make yourself keep pushing...

I might compete in one later this year. I had a coworker that competed in one of the Tulsa shows a couple weeks back, I also have a friend from the gym that competed last week, he did well...placed 2nd. Take care man!
