Dude, it's such an awesome feeling when you finally get the diet down right. I've battled through so many different "diets" that when it finally clicks it's mindblowing. Training can be the same way. I just changed my lifting program and it's awesome to have that change. Let me know how it goes when you swich it up.

Thanks for checking in. Training is going great. Made some changes to my whole program and it's really going well. Diet is easier, but weight is stripping faster and yeah... just all around much better.

Hey bud, glad to hear that you're making progress. I know how much it sucks to step on the scale and see the number raise, but like you said, that can be a misleading thing. Personally, i try to avoid the scale for just that reason.
as for your diet, i think that it's a really great idea to step into it slow. Going too fast can wear you down and just become discouriging. so you're doing the right things it sounds like.
keep it up and stay in touch!

I think that Hemingway's suicide was a lot more complex than you make it. Quite the oposite in fact. He didn't kill himself until he was no longer capable of writing. As long as he was doing what he loved, he was doing it well. it was when he had become so aged and torn up from the war and all the other crap that he'd put himself through that he died. Whatever though.

I dont know if it's possible to "finish" hemingway. I've read some of his books a half dozen times and dont see an end anywhere near.
As for bookmans, it's still open. The place next door to it (Hastings) closed because the roof colapsed last winter. Bookmans is still there though. I'd recomend the bookmans in phx though. It's a much better selection.

Cool man. Let me know what you think of it. I don't know what time you work out, but I find that Superpump works best on an empty (or nearly empty) stomach. I dont know if it causes it to get into your system quicker or what, but there is a differance. Personally, since i work out first thing in the a.m. i get a scoop of whey when i wake up and then about 30 mins later i hit the SP250 right before stepping into the gym.
Like i said though, let me know what you think.

Good to hear man! Keep on kickin' ass. I know it sucks sometimes, but never forget that feeling of looking in the mirror and being one day closer to the ultimate goal. It'll be here before you know it.

I guess that the one positive thing about not getting a before pic is that i'm all the more motivated to cut more weight so that the difference is visible.
anyways, thanks for the comment. Stay in touch and keep on fighting the good fight!

Hey bud, thanks for the add as an inspiration. That means a lot.
As for my studies, my first degree was in English Education and now i'm just working on general English. I'd like to teach in the furuter, but with the way that the education system is in America right now, it's hard to say when that'll happen.
But yeah, thanks again for the add and comment. We'll stay in touch.
