tyrone40 Hello Lisa, I am back off my deployment and in the gym 5 of 7 days a week. Gained a few extra pounds since I last spoke to you, but now not being on the ocean working versus spending hours in the gym my weight shredding off. You are still my inspiration to my ultimate goal.
