How I Started: My friend told me to join the gym, because he wanted to get buff, and I really wanted to loose weight.
Why I Love It: It's just exhilirateing and challenging, I havent really gotten into real hard work until lately, now I am working my ass off, with hopefully a good diet.
How I Stay Motivated: Well, I know its going to be a good week when stuffs on sale.

Also people here push me and encourage me. I just look at some hot ladies at this sight, and to know if I have a chance with them if I get ripped then that makes me wanna work really hard.
BB Accomplishments: Um, not much yet........

Will get back, starting my new diet today.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Maybe get to 25% bodyfat, not really sure where I am at yet.
Goal (Long): Need to have a 6-pack and amazing pecs and be ready for football season. Wanna dip just under 10% bodyfat and see how far I can take my body, and then maybe return it back to 12-13% for a bit, until I fell I wanna lower it really. I really hope the ladies will come.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Ooh man, this is definately gonna be a good day, I woke up early took a bath, made this huge lunche(s), tons of food it may not look like a lot to bodybuilders but Ive never had this much food in my life for a day.

I dunno at first in the morning I was feeling a bit down, but after breakfast...
