How I Started:
After a holiday to Thailand at the end of 2004, I realized that I was getting fat and had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing like a big pump and seeing the results of your hard work! The nice comments from my friends and fiance are also great.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror. It does wonders for keeping you on track :)

I want to look like an olympic sprinter - and have the perfect balance between form and function.
Goal (Long):
The most important thing to me is to have a six pack in the summer.
I've refined my training and diet and reached my first six-pack during my summer cutting phase in December 2006, but noted that "cut doesn't have the same impact unless you've got some mass, too."
I'm too light, and intend to gain some mass this year and then cut again in summer 2007. Other than abs, I'd like to have broad shoulders with a nice V-taper and square pecs with great arms and bulging calves. My forearms are far too small and need some serious attention.
