I weighed 475 pounds and had personally hit rock bottom in my life. I looked for anything that would help me turn things around and fortunately I found this site.
Why I Love It:
It gives me focus. I have disctinct goals now, while before it was like I was moving about aimlessly wondering what to do next.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on my goal to become a full-time law enforcement officer, and train harder than all of the other candidates with which I am competing.
BB Accomplishments:
Winner of the Official Bodybuilding.com Cutting Contest
Forum Signature:
From 475 pounds to 219 pounds
(That's right, I lost over 250 pounds!!!)
I rep:
Fellow Law Enforcement Officers,
Kansas Citian's, and
Kansan's in that order.
