How I Started:
At the time of my first progress pic I weighed 243 pounds and was extremely obese. I never have really "worked out" but I play alot of sports and I am being more careful about what I am eating so in the time of 9 months I have lost 30 pounds.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself and gives me confidence.

This is when I knew it was time for a change. At 243
Today is a new day. I just got home from gaining 5 pounds during a 2 week trip to the USA. I have decided to start a 10 week goal to get down to 200 pounds, from my current 216. I will be able to cook most of my own food for the next 2 weeks which is good because my mum is away. I worked out...
That is a good question, I will have to look into it because I do not know how much you've burned. I do cardio probably about 3 times a week for 25 min on the incline treadmill.
That sounds like fun, you like running outside or on a treadmill? I am making hamburgers and then letting that digest for a little while :) and then heading to the gym!
Man, that sucks. How about a workout gym? Maybe buy some weights cheap from a yard sale. Thats what my sis and me did and just pitched in. Just keep your head up and search :)
