How I Started:
At the time of my first progress pic I weighed 243 pounds and was extremely obese. I never have really "worked out" but I play alot of sports and I am being more careful about what I am eating so in the time of 9 months I have lost 30 pounds. I have just signed up to a gym so we'll really see the transformation take place now...

It makes me feel better about myself and gives me confidence.

Yesterday I started a program at the gym. This is what I do

CARDIO

Treadmill 30 mins

or

Bicycle 30 mins

or

X Trainer 30 minsĀ 

LEGS

Swiss Ball Squat 3x10 10kg

Leg Press 3x10 60kg

Leg Extension 3x10 15kg

Leg Curl 3x10 25kg

Calf Raises...

wow! your progression is really awesome! keep up the hard work! don't ever quit no matter how tough it gets....and always remember where you came from. keep your before pic forever! you'll remember why you started this journey to begin with :o)

That is a good question, I will have to look into it because I do not know how much you've burned. I do cardio probably about 3 times a week for 25 min on the incline treadmill.

That sounds like fun, you like running outside or on a treadmill? I am making hamburgers and then letting that digest for a little while :) and then heading to the gym!

Man, that sucks. How about a workout gym? Maybe buy some weights cheap from a yard sale. Thats what my sis and me did and just pitched in. Just keep your head up and search :)
