Fit Status:
i'm a cut diet and i gained 2lbs with doing 45 min of cardio either i'm gaining muscle and dropping which would be awsome or somthing crazy
I dont know since i was a kid i always wanted to play with my dads weights. at 13 i started reading flex and was lifting to get bigger for middle school football, at 15 i got serious with it to a diffrent level studying nutrion an anatnomy of the body i played varsity ball as a sophmore started as a junior an won undefeated in 5a highschool football. I started competing later my senior year, now that i have joined the marine corp i hope to compete in the arm force competion!
Why I Love It:
I love having control of building my own look. I favor frank zane an franco columbo, i liked both there styles.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ask my wife books pictures constantly holding on to my dream of making pro before im 25.
BB Accomplishments:
A huge set back after a rough year 2 years ago i blew up too 260 after being 180..... lets say dont get associate with people who set you back.

your diet looks prety good, I was going to sit down and figure out my diet but I think you took all the thinking out of it for me. do you remember what your average loss was a week.
I'm not doing any contests or anything. I want to start eventually but first I want to perfect my proportions and symmetry and get my lean body mass up.
It's going well. I'm low carbing until I get back down to 7-8% body fat. From there I think I'm going to continue to gain muscle but at a slower pace because I don't want to add the fat back on. I'm content with where I'm at.
