How I Started:
Im not sure why i really started body building..i never got picked on or anything.I think i just noticed that lifting added to my performance in boxing and baseball....so i did it and it became a way of life.
Why I Love It:
I dont know i just love looking around me and knowing that i can compete with any man in the room. Plus Im kind of a rowdy guy so it keeps me calm.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im constantly changing my routine to stay motivated. Every day i stick to my diet my workout and my supplement plan i feel great and motivated for the next day. But my greatest motivation is my partner Andrew who keeps me pumped and makes me want it..if u dont know wut it is then get the **** off my bodyspace ahah
BB Accomplishments:
I dont compete as of yet but i still consider 5 years of hard training a big accomplishment.
