I was always really active in high school. I opted JROTC over Physical Education (Gym Class) because it seemed more challenging, I joined the dance team, and I was on the Raider Team (kinda like a combat team) also. After high though, I began to slack off. I got the 20 lbs syndrome upon entering college. Then, I was introduced to a USMC Recruiter. After words I got back on the exercise track and have been on it ever since. I won't lie though, since being stationed in Okinawa, my fitness has taken a downward spiral. I figured doing a bodyspace, may motivate me to bring it back up n.n
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the adrenaline rush I get afterwords. Even if it's just a fifteen minute crunch session, I seem to always get this natural high that makes me feel great! Why smoke weed when the natural thing is better XD
How I Stay Motivated:
I honestly don't have a choice in staying motivated. Being a marine means I have to exercise at least three times a week whether I want to or not. It's in the job description. I do stay motivated to go to the gym on my own though, by measuring myself to the other people I work with. It absolutely pisses me off when someone who's at the same level as me, ups me. Ya know? Gotta beat 'em after that.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, let's see. My biggest accomplishment recently? I've discovered that I can, in fact, bench at most 85lbs when before, I couldn't even bench the bar. That made me feel real good.

Okay, I did this for a art photo shoot, but yeah I was about right in the middle of my lack of exercise phase here. This was before I Realized how much I was sucking at life. I was at about 29%BFM.
Okay I"m actually flexing the abs and the arms( a little) but I don't see a selection for that..and as we can see in both pictures.. I need to trim my sides and back..
I want to be able to get First Class PFT, lose weight, and have a defined Hour Glass Figure by the time I have my next PFT.
Goal (Long):
I used to pride myself a lot on my physical fitness and figure when I first joined the Marines, and then I came to Okinawa, got lazy, and lost the motivation. When I had my very first second class PFT (at the end of September) I was startled by it. I had never dropped to a second class before. It hurt. So. I made a decision to get in shape before my first pft at my next duty station (which I'm due to reach in January). I need to work on my arms a lot if I want to reach the required 70 second flexed arm-hang. So I decided to aim for something higher than that. If I can do one pull up by myself, I can definitely get a 70 second hang. Next is to work on my pft score (which means work on my 3 mile run, crunches, and the 'fore mentioned arm hang. Once I do those to things I should already have succeeded in dropping my BF, and I can work on my figure. I love the hour glass figure look, so that's what I'm aiming. A full hourglass figure just looks awesome in my opinion, and I have the body structure for it, it just takes a little bit of work. Lot more thigh and butt workouts and chest and arms, coupled with some oblique ab workouts should get me there. So by the end of next year, I should be pretty satisfied.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
18%

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
If I 'm dead tired after a 24 hours shift, I'll pop a hydroxycut max. Yeah I know they pulled them off the shelves, but I take one every 2 or 3 months on those really tough days only... any other time I'll take an energy drink or chug a lot of tea.If I 'm dead tired after a 24 hours shift, I'll pop a hydroxycut max. Where do you mainly workout?
Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Working at home, I don't worry about looking like a complete idiot benching my meager 75 pounds next to the guy doing 250. That, and when I have my equipment just laying around the house, when I walk by it's like challenging me.. so I have to at least one or two of something to prove it wrong. lolWorking at home, I don't worry about looking like a complete idiot benching my meager 75 pounds next to the guy doing 250. So I decided to start my own body group focused on female marines. I started it because I'm tired of my male counter parts coddling and saying "pretty good for a female" or something akin to that. I don't want to be pretty good for a female physically, I want to be pretty good for...
Hi, I have a question about the Marines. The recruiter tells me that if I go in as an accountant I will not see any combat action. Is he being honest with me or is there a reason why "All Marines are riflemen" keeps catching my ears?
