bro hit my legs hard yesterday. 4th set did 245 3 reps. then did bbell stiff leg deads. after that my ****ing lower back was so tight i had to stop and relax. what gives?

Is that show on April 24th? Im planning on doing a comp on the 10th in MN...I was possibly thinking about competing in the Madison on the 14th too! You should do it...Y not?
