Dad always went to the gym. Then, when I hit HighSchool; he got a bench for home and he started training me.
Why I Love It:
Getting/Staying Strong. Being competetive in the sports I play. Looking good. Being Healthy.

Looking in the Mirror. I've gotta wanna do it for me.

I want to lose my love handles and trade the Fat weight for Muscle Weight.
Goal (Long):
My Target weight right now is 200 lbs. I want to Barbell Bench that amount also. Staying quick on my feet is important to me too. So I want to try to be as fast as I was back in school. I want my: Quarter mile time to be less than 1 minute; Half mile time to be less than 2min-15sec; and my One mile time to be under 5.5 minutes.
